Excellent Harbour Hotel

Location were excellent for walking to attractions. The breakfast had much choice. The beds were comfortable. I found the morning breakfast wonderful and a very delicious way to start any day.
Sound proofing was not good because it's a warehouse converted hotel. I could hear showering next door. Light leaked out from the door because the door had a gap. The shower room leaks.

The front desk staff greeted all guests. The concierge offered assistance. I saw staff maintaining a high level of attention to all customer needs throughout the hotel.

Once I arrived, it took forever to get seated and ordering a drink proved difficult since the staff seemed to ignore me. I ended up leaving without ordering any food or drinks it was just not worth it

the water view suite offered very nice views i saw the opera house harbour bridge and ferries all from the panoramic windows. the private balcony had comfortable loungers it was perfect. jenny and will at reception were very helpful they shared local tips and made sure everything was perfect.
the half glass shower design in the bathroom caused water to spill into the main area.

Every staff member was excellent . The location is great, especially given proximity to the Harbour Bridge and Opera House. The room featured little touches making it feel special.
Noise from people slamming doors was disruptive. There was a party function room next to my room, not ideal for a relaxing getaway.
